Information about your data and how we work.

Scope
F Gigengack Amusementsexploitatie provides information about rides, bumper cars, parts and repairs. This website is for product information and enquiries. Sending an enquiry is not placing an order.
Quotations and contracts
Specifications, configuration, quantities, prices, delivery, installation and any service are set out in the quotation and subsequent written agreement. A contract is formed when an offer is accepted in writing, unless the offer states otherwise.
Product information
We aim to keep information accurate. Website images and descriptions illustrate the products; the specifications in the quotation and confirmed configuration govern an order.
Delivery, payment and warranty
Delivery dates, transport, installation, payment, warranty and support are agreed for each order in the quotation or contract. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Questions or complaints
Contact info@bumpercars.nl or +31 74 243 44 33 about an offer, delivery or product.
